Vintage 1950s Ladies Nautical Scarf Sailing Ships Antique World Map

Vintage 1950s Ladies Nautical Scarf Sailing Ships Antique World Map

Product Information

This beautiful 1950's ladies nautical scarf is indeed rare! I have never seen one like it before! It's a triangular shape, measuring 54" across the top, and 34" down

each side, which meet at a point at the bottom. It is 27" long, from the top to the bottom point. There is no tag for exact fabric content, but it is a synthetic blend.

Sailing ships, and galleons sail amidst ocean waves, around the edges of the scarf, with red detail near the navy border. In the middle of the scarf near the top, is

a lovely red border with sea shells, and then a navy border, with the sun and the stars! The main body of this unique vintage scarf, has an antique world map in

black, with longitude and latitude lines, and the ship routes. There is also green and red accenting the ships, against an antique white colored background.  It is in

excellent condition! This lovely scarf could be worn the traditional way over the back of the head, or draped around the shoulders in a shawl affect, worn with the

point down the back, or off to the side, for a more jaunty look! A lovely gift for someone special...or treat yourself to nautical clothing from the past!

Shipping and delivery confirmation is included in the total price for a buyer in the continental U.S.A. Insurance is recommended. I will gladly combine

shipping for multiple purchases. Texas residents will pay retail sales tax at check out. Buyer from Hawaii, Canada, the U.K., Europe, Japan, China,

and Australia, contact me for shipping cost.
